About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and dedicated Security Concierge to join our team at Hale Country Club & Spa. In this role, you will ensure a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional service that enhances our guests’ experience. Your responsibilities will include upholding the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in every aspect of your work, ensuring that all security protocols and guest interactions align with our standards.

Location: Hale Country Club & Spa, Clay Lane, Timperley, Altrincham WA15 7AF Hours: 4 on × 4 off shift pattern, 42 hours per week (average)

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for guests, creating positive first impressions
- Ensure only authorized individuals have access to the premises and maintain a secure environment
- Monitor surveillance and patrol to maintain safety
- Assist guests with questions, directions, and support
- Respond calmly to emergencies and follow established procedures
- Collaborate with Front Desk and Reception to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address security concerns and maintain safety
- Handle guest issues professionally and resolve conflicts
- Stay alert and report suspicious activities
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Report incidents promptly to supervisors and maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all security-related matters
- Participate in training sessions to enhance security knowledge and customer service skills
- Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute ideas for improving security measures and guest experiences

Requirements
- Valid Door Supervision SIA license
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate
- Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or luxury environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders (internal and external)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexibility and the ability to respond appropriately to changing situations
- Discretion, sensitivity, and professionalism under pressure
- Ability to maintain professional standards even when faced with high-pressure scenarios
