Senior Account Manager - 6 Months Fixed Term

At Hydrogen, we're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team on a six-month fixed-term contract.
You'll lead some of our most exciting client relationships, helping brands solve complex challenges through:
- Strategic thinking
- Creative campaigns
- Exceptional delivery
This is an opportunity to:
- Work with a talented multidisciplinary team

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll:
- Own a portfolio of key client accounts, becoming a trusted adviser who understands their:

Lead projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with specialists:

- Design
- Production

Alongside delivering exceptional client service, you’ll:
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts

What you'll be doing
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients
- Leading projects from briefing through to delivery:
- Ensuring work is on time, on budget and exceeds expectations
- Developing strategic campaign plans that solve real business challenges
- Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements
- Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts:
- Developing proposals
- Drafting Statements of Work
- Managing creative production projects alongside PA Media Assignments:
- From pre-production through to delivery
- Owning:
- Account forecasting
- Revenue and commercial performance
- Working collaboratively with:
- Content
- Paid media
- Design
- Insight teams
- Coaching and supporting junior Client Services team members
- Championing new ideas that:
- Improve the quality of our work
- Enhance the experience we deliver for clients
About you...
You’ll be an experienced agency account manager who enjoys:
- Building strong relationships
- Leading complex projects with confidence

Further experience includes:
- A client services or account management role within a:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Creative agency
- Strong understanding of integrated campaign planning and delivery
- Commercial awareness with experience in:
- Managing account profitability
- Conducting forecasting
- Experience managing creative production projects, including:
- Video shoots
- Content creation
- Confidence:
- Working with senior client stakeholders
- Familiarity with:
- Social media
- Its role within wider marketing strategies
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A collaborative, proactive approach
- Genuine passion for delivering brilliant work
- Experience mentoring or supporting more junior colleagues
