Senior Account Manager - 6 Months Fixed Term

At Hydrogen, we're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

You'll lead some of our most exciting client relationships, helping brands solve complex challenges through:

  • Strategic thinking
  • Creative campaigns
  • Exceptional delivery

This is an opportunity to:

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Own a portfolio of key client accounts, becoming a trusted adviser who understands their:
    • Business
    • Challenges
    • Ambitions

Lead projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with specialists:

  • Strategy
  • Content
  • Paid media
  • Insight
  • Design
  • Production

What you'll be doing

  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients
  • Leading projects from briefing through to delivery:
    • Ensuring work is on time, on budget and exceeds expectations
  • Developing strategic campaign plans that solve real business challenges
  • Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements
  • Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts:
    • Developing proposals
    • Drafting Statements of Work
  • Managing creative production projects alongside PA Media Assignments:
    • From pre-production through to delivery
  • Owning:
    • Account forecasting
    • Revenue and commercial performance
  • Working collaboratively with:
    • Content
    • Paid media
    • Design
    • Insight teams
  • Coaching and supporting junior Client Services team members
  • Championing new ideas that:
    • Improve the quality of our work
    • Enhance the experience we deliver for clients

About you...

You’ll be an experienced agency account manager who enjoys:

  • Building strong relationships
  • Leading complex projects with confidence

You understand how great client service combines:

Further experience includes:

  • A client services or account management role within a:
    • Marketing
    • Communications
    • Creative agency
  • Strong understanding of integrated campaign planning and delivery
  • Commercial awareness with experience in:
    • Managing account profitability
    • Conducting forecasting
  • Experience managing creative production projects, including:
    • Video shoots
    • Content creation
  • Confidence:
    • Working with senior client stakeholders
  • Familiarity with:
    • Social media
    • Its role within wider marketing strategies
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, proactive approach
  • Genuine passion for delivering brilliant work
  • Experience mentoring or supporting more junior colleagues
