Senior Finance Assistant

Accounts Assistant – Exceptional Career Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform essential month-end duties, ensuring timely and accurate financial procedures.
  • Conduct reconciliations, inventory control, and detailed financial analysis.
  • Review and analyse margins, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, quality, and production, to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Provide holiday cover within the finance department, handling tasks such as:
    • Processing cash receipts
    • Preparing commission reports
    • Managing accounts payable duties
  • Assist internal and external auditors with compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Support VAT processes (specifics not provided).
