The Role: Site Operations Lead at Bolt Pharmacy
A pivotal function shaping high-performance culture across our most critical site. This isn’t a conventional operations manager role—expect hands-on accountability, relentless candour, and command of an intense, growth-minded team. - Salary: £65k-85k/year (including equity)
