Specialist Sales Operations

Sales Support Specialist, Direct Sales – EMEA

Role Overview

Based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge (West London), with a hybrid pattern (Tuesday-Thursday in the office, flexible Mondays/Fridays), this role powers the daily operations of our Direct Sales team. You’ll align KAMs and partners for standout launches, promotions, and customer experiences in E-commerce, Direct-to-Retail (DTR), and National Retail accounts across the region.

Your work brings magic—orchestrating commercial details behind fantastic releases, ensuring product launches pop up smoothly in physical stores and digital spaces.

Key Objectives

  • Support day-to-day operations for Direct Sales KAMs in EMEA
  • Uphold seamless integration between teams and partners
  • Guarantee launch precision through meticulous preparation and coordination

Key Accountabilities

Sales & Account Support

  • Be the go-to daily assistant for Direct Sales KAMs, ensuring E-commerce, DTR, and National Retail accounts run smoothly and hit every release target.
  • Own account upkeep—managing system updates, client configurations, and logistical requests to guarantee rapid, accurate support.
  • Craft polished customer-facing materials (price lists, product info, release communications, and approved assets) adhering to brand standards and governance.

Data, Reporting & Performance

  • Transform sales and shipment data into clear, actionable insights.
    • Compile, validate, and analyze performance data to aid post-launch reviews.
    • Supply stock availability/rebate updates to KAMs for informed, proactive dialogue.
  • Support campaign/negotiation readouts, distilling outcomes for continuous improvement.

Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, and Operations on allocations and forecasts, ensuring releases stay on track.
  • Compile and distribute Full Release Packages, product forms, and pricing documentation for Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and other brands.
  • Track, reconcile, and process purchase orders for all commercial activities.
  • Investigate and resolve invoicing and rebate inquiries with internal teams.

Process Governance & Improvement

  • Capture actions, notes, and follow-ups from direct sales/disciplinary meetings, ensuring team alignment.
  • Drive content/data preparation for launches with KAMs and Retail Marketing to simplify execution.
  • Streamline templates, documentation, and processes for growth and efficiency in direct operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Qualities & Background

  • Prior experience in sales support, commercial operations, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organization skills with a knack for turning data into action.
  • A collaborative mindset excited to expand into commercial roles and grasp the culture-agnostic, front-to-back lifecycle of commercial products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools tailored for efficient tech-driven workflows.

Plus Factors

  • Familiarity with SAP systems or enthusiasm to embrace learning.
  • An additional European language (a plus, but not necessary).

Travel Requirement: Occasional customer meetings (up to 5% travel).
