Specification Sales Manager Instanta
Specification Manager – Instanta Brand (North Region) at Zip Water
Zip Water is a global leader in providing advanced drinking water solutions, including filtered boiling, chilled, and sparkling water. We are currently seeking a Specification Manager to focus on the Instanta brand in the North region.
About the Role
The Specification Manager will play a key role in driving the specification and sales of Instanta products through engagement with key specifiers, such as catering equipment suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the sales team to identify and track project opportunities
- Providing technical and product support
- Delivering outstanding customer service
This role requires a candidate with a background in specification sales, preferably within the food service, catering equipment, or hospitality industry, along with a strong network and relationships in the North region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive specification and sales of Instanta products in the North region
- Engage with specifiers to generate business opportunities
- Identify and track project opportunities, offering technical and product support
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements
- Proven background in specification sales, ideally within food service or hospitality
- Strong regional network (particularly North region)
- Exceptional communication, presentations, and negotiation skills
- Hospitality/industry knowledge (building regulations, standards, and trends – advantageous)
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
