Location: London (with option for UK remote) | Type: Full-time

Following a $200M Series E—backed by stellar investors like Accel, Nvidia (NVentures), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and founders/investors of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow—Synthesia is scaling with bold goals.

About the Role

As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll join our fast-growing Go-to-Market (GTM) organisation in London, reporting to one of our Regional Directors. This role is perfect for an ambitious B2B sales leader with a bias for action, a knack for unlocking value, and a track record of driving revenue in enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees).

You’ll:

  • Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closing—within our Strategic segment.
  • Land new logos and expand existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling across departments and use cases.
  • Drive revenue while maintaining the highest standards of execution and collaboration.
  • Operate in a data-driven, agile sales environment, where ownership, results, and impact matter most.

Synthesia is building a world-class sales team, and we’re hiring for those who love the grind, thrive under pressure, and want to leave a mark.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary focus? Winning deals—but not just any deals. Strategic accounts. High-value opportunities. Here’s what success looks like in this role:

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for our Strategic (10K+ employees) segment, including:
    • Prospecting, qualification, and deal closure.
    • Account expansion through upselling and cross-selling into new departments (e.g., HR, Sales, Leadership).
  • Build and own your pipeline accountable to hitting clever, data-backed targets.
  • Develop account plans with clear strategies for engagement and scalability.
  • Deploy MEDDPICC (or equivalent frameworks) to qualify opportunities, assess risk, and push deals to close.
  • Drive Salesforce adoption, maintain transparency, and ensure accurate CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and field teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
