Subscriptions Growth Delivery Manager – Project Manager (up to £65,000) 12-Month Maternity Cover

About the Role
As the Subscriptions Growth Delivery Manager, you’ll play a central role in executing key subscription growth initiatives across the business. Reporting into the Strategical Delivery Lead, you’ll coordinate cross-functional programmes involving Marketing, Brand, and Product & Tech teams. Your responsibility is ensuring [strategic alignment](#] and [on-track delivery](#] while driving business growth priorities.
This role requires:
- High organisation, commercial awareness, and confidence working with - diverse stakeholders
- Excellence in multitasking, cross-functional coordination, and complex workstream management

Key Responsibilities

Programme Oversight:
- Manage [cross-functional subscription growth programmes](#] across Marketing, Brand, Product & Tech
- [Align, prioritize, and track](#] initiatives through accountable timelines, milestones, and risk management

Stakeholder & Communication Leadership:
- [Facilitate collaborative meetings](#]* (e.g., workshops, reviews) to synthesise input and ensure [team alignment](#]
- Develop and [maintain roadmaps](#] with clear visibility into dependencies, milestones, and risks

Campaign & Product Launch Coordination:
- [Support cross-team launches](#] from campaign ideation to execution, bridging multiple workstreams
