Delivery Team Member 17 hours per week: Thu 08:30–15:30 | Fri 14:00–18:00 | Sat 12:30–19:30

Working as part of a fast-paced team, your key responsibility will be streamlining stock processing to ensure products are immediately available for customers. On the sales floor, your ability to deliver outstanding customer service will ensure a seamless experience for shoppers. We’ll invest in your development from your first day and offer flexible working options in return for your commitment to our policies, procedures, and positive work ethic.


About the Role

You’ll be a crucial part of keeping New Store’s operations running smoothly. A successful Delivery Team Member will secure:

  • Stock availability: Ensure full product stock is delivered consistently by:
    • Quick and accurate stock processing (scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, tidying shelves and stock rooms)
    • Maintaining visually appealing layouts on sales floors and storage areas
    • Upholding strict quality standards
  • Customer service: Transition seamlessly between back-room and sales floor duties, offering prompt, friendly support through all store activities.
  • Team coordination: Reporting to your Coordinator or Manager while collaborating across store departments.
