Used Car Sales Manager
Used Car Sales Manager – Lead Success at Our Award-Winning Dealership
Location: Fords of Winsford, Barton Dock Road, FOW Trafford, M41 7TB Salary: £30,000 basic with achievable OTE of £65,000 Hours: Full-time, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) Benefits:

Commercial Growth & Profitability
- Oversee car sales, finance, and insurance add-ons—maximising profit from every opportunity
- Identify upselling opportunities and ensure a seamless purchase process
Team Development
- Motivate, coach, and mentor sales executives to unlock their full potential
- Hold daily briefings, one-to-ones, and team coaching sessions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure full FCA compliance and adherence to company policies
- Monitor KPIs, track trends, and implement strategic improvements
- Streamline processes and encourage fresh thinking
Day-to-Day Execution
- Set clear goals and expectations for the sales team
- Support deal structuring and oversee transactions
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- Proven management experience in used car sales
- Confident, motivating leadership style—able to inspire performance
- Firm grasp of FCA compliance and industry regulations
- Full UK/EU driving licence
