About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Operator to join our Warehousing and Logistics team, playing a critical role in the smooth, efficient movement of goods to meet the high standards our clients expect.
This is a 4-on/4-off shift pattern (6PM–6AM).
Key Responsibilities

Inventory and Picking:
- Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations using material handling equipment (MHE).

Packaging and Shipment Prep:
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging, labelling, and compliance.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts, inventory management, and cycle counts.

Health & Safety:
- Uphold strict compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a safety-conscious mindset while operating machinery and handling materials.

Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Work independently or as part of a team to maximise efficiency and productivity.

- Warehouse/Logistics Experience:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with expertise in MHE operation (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Safety & Precision:
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy to avoid errors.
- Teamwork & Adaptability:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Flexibility to adapt to shift work, including evenings, weekends, and rotating schedules.
- Physical Stamina:
- Suitable fitness to operate MHE for extended periods and lift/push heavy/planted loads as needed.
